Great app to access banking information. However, I find it a bit troublesome to use with multiple LFCU banking accounts. I have three: personal, joint and business. I wish the app would make it easier for me to pick which account I was getting into. If it would allow LastPass to provide my account number, I could just pick from all my Langley accounts stored in my secure password app. Minor annoyance: please display the deposit details when I’ve made a mobile deposit. The date and account number should be added to the confirmation screen.
I love your banking set up. I’m looking forward to putting my banking needs with a Credit Union that fits mine and my family’s needs. Thank you, in addition, to having a program like the “Loanliner” that will help build my credit history. I am a disabled veteran and the hospitality I received when I walked through your doors for the very first time was very friendly, professional and caring. The wait time to be seen was very quick and the atmosphere while in the bank was personal and quite. Bottom line, Langley Federal Credit Union and my family will have a great relationship moving forward for many years and I expect all of my family financial needs will be met and carefully protected. Online banking app is not user friendly. Very difficult to see transaction. Getting better at viewing my account. This app is just different from what I am use to. I get frustrated with trying to log into my account because it ask security questions that you never had. It will be two questions and only one that you have actually chosen. This makes it difficult to login to your account and it’s very unfair to a customer.
The latest version of the app has made mobile check deposits almost impossible. When you use the app to take a picture, it either refreshes back to the main deposit screen, causing you to start over, or the screen goes white and doesn’t allow you to progress. I have tried to deposit checks 3 times since the update, and it took about 10 tries per check before I could get it to go through. I never had an issue with the previous version of the app.
I do almost my banking on my iPad with this app. I also like the most recent upgrade. Very clean and easy to navigate. I wish Ally had an app this good. If LFCU had reasonable savings interest rates and CDs, and if LFCU would keep a branch in the Hilton area, I would do all my banking there. Unfortunately this is not true and have considered moving to the Towne Bank. Your app is the only reason I haven’t already moved. There isn’t an LFCU ATM is anywhere close. It’s a shame. I have been a member for almost 40 years... Steve P.
