This app is up to date and useful. However, it would be useful if there was a setting to display the wind speeds in mph, rather than knots and m/s.
It would be nice to able to export the data via email or text.
This would be an excellent app ... if it only worked. It doesn't, hasn't for a couple of years, and won't ... until the developers get off their butts & fix it. I've been sailing or fishing this lake for over over 60 years, and rely on the UW's data collection & record-keeping. A shame that what could be a nifty & useful app is merely a consumer of space.
Used this during '09, mostly factoring buoy data into the go/dont go decision process. It'll be AWESOME once we know whether the buoy is reporting or not. Great app, thanks!
