User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
While it is straightforward getting content onto the app, the app itself is designed poorly for highlighting and note taking. In fact, recently, attempting to highlight causes the app to stop responding. This is made all the more frustrating by the lack of ability to export content to a more annotation friendly service such as Notability. The cost of a course reader is already a racquet, but having to use this app to read the content is outrageous.
I’ve tried to download this several times, and every time I log back in, the app immediately crashes. Dissaponting.
