Store Performance Index shows overall performance of your app on app stores. It is based on combined ASO & reviews metrics.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
The app, set up correctly, works fine for seeing a day of scheduling at a time. It works fine for seeing and submitting other information. But at no point is it smooth, logging in takes a bit and must be done from blank each time, regardless of the remember me setting. Security seems fine, it automatically logs you out after a bit, but if you need to pull the schedule into another app you likely need to go day by day for the notes about each shift. For me this routinely means logging back in at some point while checking over my schedule. So it would be tremendously convenient if it was easier to export to Calendar, if it allowed for FaceID, and if it remembered log-in credentials. Still, beats out the standard method my work puts out (paper sheets in the break room) for scheduling.
Takes forever to load every single screen, not just the app but on desktop as well. Even when I click keep me logged in, it logs me out every single time I used it. Location services are completely inaccurate. I believe it grabs your location from where you sign in and NOT punch in. I am currently in a battle with my work who is accusing me of punching in outside of work - which I have never done - because the location is inaccurate. Thank God security badges log when we enter the building or I would have been fired due to the inaccuracy of this app showing I was punching in on the highway etc. I can’t believe my company would even go for this product with all the awful reviews.
My job uses Kronos for scheduling and a lot of the time it doesn’t show me part of the schedule. Sometimes I can see the next weeks schedule but not the current week, so I have to call work to find out when I work next. It is very inconvenient for both of us. It is slightly annoying that I have to login every time, even if I’ve only just closed the app. A smaller thing is that the app just doesn’t look very nice. Overall a very clunky app and I would not ever use it if I didn’t have to for work.
We’ve had a difficult time with version updates changing the urls, so often times after an update we have to go in and hit all the buttons in learning mode so it picks up all the updated urls. It’s heavy, for the average manager it’s okay, but if you’re an admin or someone with a ton of people you have access too in your hyperfinds some functions time out before they load. The hourly and project time cards are separated which is a pain. It could be awesome with some performance enhancements, a list of url changes in the update notes so we can proactively whitelist things, or just not changing them, and if some hr/pr functionality.
It’s a great app to see the schedule and hours etc. I’ve been using it since last year but it’s been a week since I can’t use it. All the login stuff works so I do get into my account. Unfortunately when I click to see my schedule nothing opens. I have an iPhone. Otherwise it is a good app.
