User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I've had trichotillomania for 4 years now and haven't been able to stop. Nothing's worked. And my mom found this for me and I just started using it today! So far, it's amazing! It buzzed once and my hand went flying down, away from my head. This is great so far. I have high hopes for this🤞❤️
I found his bracelet very helpful. I have a hair pulling issue for a long time. Ever since I got it I pulled like once in the first couple of days but since then, I haven't pulled. I have been 100+ days pull free.
review on app only- let's assume the bracelets are 10/10 (so far, they are!). App is a needed companion. easy to set up the habits you want to break. left hand has been totally on point- right has had a lot of false alarms, but i'm wondering if it's because i added 2 gestures instead of waiting a few days, and not that the app hasn't yet synced my lower detection setting. i don't see the results chart but i am hoping that's just because i've only been using it for an hour! love it so far though :)
This bracelet and app have helped me battle my trichotillomania and I'm winning! Tech support is responsive and amazing. The app helps track my progress too! Looking forward to the next update that will help make the training system more precise.
Great product and the app is in a class of its own.

HabitAware’s Keen smart bracelet is your guide to awareness. Invented by a hair puller, the bracelet uses patented gesture detection technology to recognize when you are hair pulling (trichotillomania), nail biting, skin picking (dermatillomania), or thumb sucking.
Keen’s vibration is like a “hug” on your wrist, building your awareness muscles, so that with practice, you learn to Retrain Your Brain to healthier soothing mechanisms.
