The app was working great for me... I used it once and composed a nice invoice and fired it off to my client in an email... Done! Then, I created another new invoice for the very same client, and have tried literally a Dozen times to email it to them, at the very same address, and it WON'T go through! I am so frustrated now, and I have paid a subscription fee every week for the past 6 weeks, to have access to use this app...
I’m fed up with this app I have no more patience for its errors. My company name keeps going away so I have to keep re adding it and after a few minutes using the app it goes away again. Then the app doesn’t save any of my estimations when it says that it does it doesn’t show up in my estimation folder. Super inconvenient because I can’t go back and look up the files. Then If you’re using the app and u get a phone call as soon as it leaves the app it doesn’t auto save the work u were working on so everything get DELETED and u have to start all over again. Very very frustrating for someone who is running a business and needing to get things done. Not to mention there’s no form of customer service. If you’re trying to be real and professional I suggest not using this app as it needs major updates and fixes. I will be unsubscribing and continuing my search for another invoice app that can better accommodate for my needs
I love the app. I tried several others and finally settled on this one. Works great, the only issue I am having is placing my company logo on my documents. I am unable to move it or scale it to the size I need. In the future I would love to see a template with the option of a date in the line items. But overall, I am very happy. Thanks! Update: I am not such a fan anymore. I cannot access the app to create new invoices. You just keep trying to make me upgrade. I already have! I bought a year subscription and cannot create an invoice or estimate. Your communication skills are lacking. I have contacted you several times and get no response. I am taking my business somewhere else.
Used this app for 6 months no issues. I got a new phone and tried to log in on my new phone and it said my email address did not exist? I emailed the company multiple times trying to figure out how to log in (I paid for a year of service up front) and they never responded to me. Ended up having to contact apple and get a refund for my purchase through them and I now use a difference invoice app. F these people
After searching for an app my employees and I can use quickly and easily I came across Invoice Maker! There’s a very short tutorial that shows step by step instructions. By short I mean a few seconds. I had a task to do and who has time to wait for a lengthy tutorial and time-wasting ads in order to get the job done? Stop looking for an app this is the one!
