It is free and ad-free. Yet it is a beautiful design, works wonderfully, adjustable settings, and most apps make you pay for this level of quality. That is why I say "Thank you!" to the developer for this wonderful gift of the app. Especially for those of us who deal with anxiety. But it's also perfect for those who meditate as well! I think this app deserves so much more recognition for as great as it is!
These are my suggestions. Option to use dark background. Choice of sounds. And some short help with vibration because on my latest iPad there is no vibration. Thanks
... But this app is great. Simple enough customizations so you can rely on the gorgeous visual cue or (if you’re like me) set it aside and do “meditation”/breathing exercises with your eyes closed and rely on the sound cues. It is totally free too!
It's beautiful colors. It's super easy to use. The only things I wish were added is a pause button and to connect with the health kit on apple.
This app is simple, just an animation actually. But somehow good for breathing.
