Not able to log in at all. Used to work fine but stopped since more than a month ago..
Horrible new app.. still cannot open the mobile app for months now. Cant even go to login page as it always crash and just shows white screen.. customer service cant even help. It doesn't even deserve 1 star!
Doesn’t work. Call center told me to download it because I can’t use it on my safari, but I can’t use it here neither. Why they want to make our lives more difficult ? I will change the bank for sure. If there’s 0 star I will put.
The new application keeps on crashing. The customer services keep on asking me to send them screenshots and never gets it fixed. Do you think we have time to keep going to the branches?
Amazing how this bank doesn’t invest in app development. This app never works! Ever! Don’t even bother downloading it. They should be ashamed of themselves. This far into the 21st century and can’t even provide a working app 😒. If there were 0 stars they’d deserve it!
