User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Love the idea of this product and the app is functional and works well. I boosted my Little Things to $2000 so easily, I just had to provide bank statements - but this was all done online via the app and was done instantly too! I have afterpay but would like to have longer to pay, and Humm offers that! Also humm are the only finace like this at IKEA!!! Can’t wait to get some furniture :-)
I purchased an item online for my sons birthday that was faulty, made contact via email about the return and refund of the item and received a response quick and conformation of approval to return item, great! I then returned said item to the purchasing shop by hand and had the return processed no problems by the retail worker, yet two weeks later, three emails and a phone call (being told I will have the refund by the end of the week no problems), I am still waiting for my refund of the first deposit plus the amount I paid off the item before returning it. I understand the faulty item was out of humms control but the return was processed and I am still waiting for the refund which is within their control. Very disappointing and am very hesitant to purchase with them again or recommending them incase something like this happens again.
As Avery long term customer of Certegy I recently required to log on, only to see we the CUSTOMER needed to down load this app HUMM log back in. Only to find I can’t make an extra payment the app crashes the customer service number when pressing “9” doesn’t work. As per previous reviewer no one advise of any changes nor did they let us the customer know of a new app. Disgraceful credit company who don’t look after existing customers. The app isn’t user friendly doesn’t work but they are quick to sell promote and charge you a fee. I wanted to pay April and Mays account to avoid the monthly fee but when pressing the pay button it crashes. I even tried to pay my entire account off and still crashes.
This app, even after the latest update and running the most up to date IOS does not allow for any additional payments. Neither does the website. You can not change the business name and structure and affect the ability for the customer to make their additional payments. This disadvantages the customer, costing them more in fees and meanwhile earning you more in revenue. There should be massive warning bells ringing by now!!! Sort this out immediately, you know your obligations are you know what the consequences are for failing to comply with them.
A long term user of Certegy and the first time I hear of the company name change is when my app doesn’t work. It’s been months and I am still unable to login into my account. Yes, I have tried everything I am been advised to do eg: open another account use your mobile. I am told it’ll link up. WRONG. This is after I spent 30hour on wait while the operator spoke to someone. You would think you’d have all of this sorted out before changing over. Needless to say I WILL NEVER use this service again. I believe legally you have to provide me access to my account.. FAILED
