To log in quickly and simply, use Touch ID or Face ID, depending on which iPhone you have. ## Consultation ## View all your accounts at a glance with your transaction summary and details. Easily find a transaction thanks to quick search. Finally, Global View lets you view all of your HSBC accounts across the world. ## Transfers ## Make immediate, deferred or regular transfers in France and abroad, in Euro and in other currencies. Add your payees and make instant payments (with Secure Key Mobile activated). Global Transfers lets you carry out free and instant transfers between your HSBC accounts from one country to another. ## Cards ## View your debit or credit card information: withdrawal and spending limits. In the case of loss or theft, you can block the card directly in the app. ## Statements and documents ## Download your IBAN in PDF. You can also share a text version to your friends so they can copy/paste your IBAN when they add you as a beneficiary. Make it easy for them ;) View and download your statements and documents. ## Contact ## Contact us via secure messaging: it allows you to view, reply, delete or send messages with complete confidentiality. Book appointments while choosing the time slot that best suits you. Call our advisers. Find the nearest branch and its opening hours. ## Personal data ## View your personal data (mobile phone number and email) and keep them up to date. ## Investments ## View the details of your life insurance policies (access from the home screen by selecting a policy) and access the stock market via HSBC Invest.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Getting things set up and running well is confusing, time consuming and frustrating. There are codes for generating codes and alternative protocols that aren't always applicable. And national HSBC affiliates don't seem to follow the same sequences, probably because of software updates or their lack. But perseverance pays off! Once the system is in place and you grasp the process, then things work well. It's quick and the fees aren't extortionate (though at times you need to question fees that seem unwarranted to have them removed ). Staff are friendly and patient; they know it's a tough slog. In the end, as you use the facility, you let go of earlier bad feelings and enjoy the ease and practicality of HSBC Première Global banking. It's a good service, hard to get into but well worth it once you're there.
I was a happy user of the HSBC global app. I have two accounts in two countries and it was just perfect. Why do you have to complicate my life with two apps? I don’t see the pros for now. I am happy to change my mind if you explain what’s the advantage.
One improvement would be the ability to use any character when writing in the description field, more than just periods and dashes. I would like to use the slashes and ampersand for example. Also, the description field should be able to hold more characters and or have multiple lines like the web version of the site.
The on-boarding / sign-up for new customer is amongst the worst in the industry. You need 3 pass-phrases, 2 passwords, 2 activations keys which comes with a big delay of email server response. Not information are given to user as why all these crazy steps are necessary, as no other HSBC apps from other countries requires this. I couldn’t even see if I couldn't even find where to use Face ID. And if you forgot one of these passwords you gotta call the customer center (paid call).
Thanks for making the app better and also your customer service in France. I have been a client for 6 years and back then service was really poor. the improvement I’ve seen in the last months has been very good!
