It was...ok. I mean it wasn't bad. But I do have a few complaints. 1. The first time I opened it, nothing happened. It was a black screen. 2. I finally did open it, and it was fine, and I like the concept, but the "nature" sound wasn't very good. It sounded like an insane native American man singing. I tried all the other sounds and they were not relaxing or soothing at all. Please find better sounds. 3. The review you guys gave it sounded very complementary. I don't think such good reviews should be given, as it wasn't much, just an app that shows you when to breathe. It is simple, but not worth 5 stars for a breathing app. I am sorry.
App is ok, very easy to use. However, once you go into the options menu to select different settings for your course, it won't let you return to the main menu. You basically have to restart the app every time.
Anything that helps me along in this world has value to me. This app makes me reconsider my breathing, and how i could make it better. It reminds me to slow down. Live in moment. The animation helps, and it helps me calm down after crazy day. It is simple, but has value. Slow down and breathe.
This app is great for helping you to pay attention to your breathing and truly relax. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes to help keep my anxiety in check.
Makes meditation easy. Time flies. First time I did the most challenging breath at ten minutes. Got so into it the timer stopped but I kept going. Really a useful app.
