User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Just starting out with the app and I like it, so far; but they should add a some form of confirmation button ( or option to toggle on/off); when taking quizzes. I have very large hands, and often suffer from “Fat Finger” issues of accidentally touching an adjacent item; when reaching for the item that I actually want to select. It was somewhat frustrating; when answering a question about the best beverage to consume, to help with a New Year’s fitness / weight loss resolution. Reaching for the obvious answer of “Water”, I was surprised when I saw that the adjacent answer of “Alcohol” had been selected.
I really did like the app, but now I have to enter my email each time, which is a long, complicated address so I just don't do it most days anymore. Very sad because I used to really look forward to learning from the daily quizzes and testing my knowledge. There is no option to change my email so I am stuck with the one there already.
HealthIQ is used by my organization as a way of engaging people to make better health, fitness, and lifestyle choices. I've enjoyed using it, and find that there's hardly been a survey where I haven't learned something. I've recommended HealthIQ to friends and family. Surveys, scores, friends, and other information is easy to find.
I get points from my wellness provider for taking quizzes. It is frustrating when there is not a new DAILY quiz to take. There used to be prizes at each new badge, but many of those went away before anyone acquired the points to earn them. The ranking is currently 2 places off the true ranking. I want to change to a different password, but there is no way to do that. Getting help when something goes wrong (my app has been stuck on the same error cover page for almost a week, now) takes forever. This was once a great app.
I'm unable to add a photo to my profile and I am not able to add tips to quizzes. Also, none of my scores ever show up on the leader board. They show up in my profile but within each quiz my score is always 0. I've mentioned this to the company before with no update to it.
