User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Every time I opened it after upgrading my iOS to 13 it would crash. They released an update yesterday called bug fixes. Now it works again. So if you have that issue just upgrade the app.
Does anyone do quality control any longer? I couldn't get past the login screen. It just sits and spins without any response or error. I figured my password expired since HealthAdvocate makes you change your password so often, which is ridiculous causing fatigue and weak passwords. But I digress. That's another issue. Anyway, I changed my password online and the app worked. So try that if you have problems. I don't really expect great things from this app. We'll see. I suppose I don't mind one star since the app at least opens and I can't give zero. Thanks employers for choosing such a cutting edge company to work with.
The Health Advocate app unfortunately is very unstable on iOS 13 and on the new iPhones. I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I cannot get the app to remain open despite deleting and reinstalling. In addition, I’d like to recommend that the app be refreshed: the look and feel of it is dated, and it doesn’t seem to natively support Face ID (although the iPhone behind the scene forces it to), among other issues. Overall, app has good functionality but needs to be improved in a number of key areas.
I downloaded this app due to a wellness program offered at work. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t grant this app space on my phone. The app is very poorly designed and extremely buggy. The quizzes I’m taking don’t show up all of the time and the navigation is clunky. Unless you absolutely need this app, feel free to ignore.
I upgraded my phone and the OS and the app version. Now no data is syncing from my phone to the site. I’ve checked all the permissions are granted and can see the data in the Apple health app but nothing comes into the site when I ask it to sync. Please fix. Thanks.
