User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
App works, but not very well. Update for iPhone X would be nice. But this really needs the ability to store mug club details. Going to another location completely cuts you off from mug club membership unless you remember your number (ours closed before we could barely use it, and mug club details were not transferred to nearby stores.) Storing the mug club member status and number in the app would be handy.
Really frustrated (especially when hungry) that you want to online order, but you can’t click on Done in order to add your items you want to order. We will be calling the store after 20 minutes of frustration. Please update so we can online order properly.
Ever time I use this app I hope it’s improved but that’s not the case. 1) choose a burger > you have to unclick the box to choose how it’s prepared. If you don’t, you get to the end and it asks for your preference and you can’t advance 2) Want to change your phone number? Well you can, but then you can’t get off that screen. 3) Ditto #2 if you’d like to leave a tip. Can’t get off the screen. Obnoxious. But the service and food are both terrific at the North Brunswick, NJ location.
The other day I visited GT for a plate of wings and went to "check in" on this app, only to be told I needed wifi in order to use the app???!!! And did GT have wifi available? Nope. What a bummer and waste of an app. So do I need to check in at home while I still have wifi before leaving? I guess so. App deleted. Disappointing.
My order went through with no problems and processed with no problems! Got my points with no problems. App ok for me! Food was great to
