User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I love how you can swipe quickly to the next word. Very smooth and inviting.
User-friendly. Gives a sentence example before the definition. Seeing the word in context first is an effective way to learn new vocab. Would be great if it included the pronunciation for each word in a sound clip as well as phonetic notation.
I feel that for a vocabulary app it is missing a key feature. Actual pronunciations of the words. With that feature it would be a 5 Star app in my eyes.
The app has really great selection of words! No doubt about that. But the app is such that every time I launch it it starts over from the beginning! It does not remember the words already studied.
I'm a first time user. At this moment, I'd say it's pretty helpful and on-the-point. However adding a phonetic notation for each word would make it even better.
