User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I checked sunflower seeds in this app and another and the numbers were way off. Here they are red and in the other they were green. Upon further research I know they are low glycemic food, so this app's numbers are off. I like the interface so 1 extra star for that. Otherwise it's a 1 star app. Don't waste your time downloading.
With different amounts but no information as to why?
This app does not show serving sizes so you cannot determine if the number is for a whole watermelon or a cup of watermelon, for example. I searched several different foods with the same type of result. Not helpful.
It's nice to have both the GI and GL at-a-glance. The food list is thorough.
One of first i looked at was eggs- which are 0- and it says 70. Othe foods look way off too. Cannot trust it
