When I first installed the app a year ago, I thought it provided a different type of functionality. When I discovered that’s not what it did, I was disappointed at first. Then as I used it, I realized the functionality it DID have was exactly what I was looking for ultimately. It has been a crucial part of keeping up to date with my follows, unfollows etc....without it spamming my followers like other similar services do.

Apparently there are a lot of glitches in the system. IG works & I’ve heard things like Twitter did which gets the job done on certain social media apps but as for Pinterest or Tumblr, it’s a no go. I’ve heard the customer support is trash which I believe, even if the app is a dime & worked like a charm, if the customer support doesn’t reflect their product, why should I keep using it? It’s having trust that they’ll fix what needs to be fix & not leave customers stranded. By the way, if you’re wanting to add all your accounts, you can on this one but it’ll cost you. Price increases the more accounts you out on there. Pros: half works. Cons: half doesn’t work & customer support is infamous for being trash.

This app no longer appears to work. I’ve used it for quite some time and enjoyed the app. Recently, it will not allow me to unfollow or otherwise use the app. This morning it simply told me “too many requests” when all I did was fire up the app to check my stats. I didn’t even attempt to make a change. There are obviously limits to the changes you can make, exceeding those limits will result in a block of functionality. I hadn’t use the app in over a month because I would become blocked after following or unfollowing anyone after 2 or 3 unfollows. Now, I can’t make a single change within the app and it’s been this way for months. I can make changes via IG, but not this app. It’s broken.

If you login every day, the app gives an accurate look at your account’s daily activity. Also, no limit on how many followers you have is a huge bonus and reason enough to download. It’s the only app I’ve found that doesn’t have restrictions or forces you to pay a ridiculous monthly subscription fee.

I searched for any app out there would help unfollow people who don’t follow back quickly and came across this one. I was skeptical about purchasing it to use the unfollow feature but figured it would work. What do u know? Every time I unfollow more than 2 people it says “session expired”, logs out of Instagram, and doesn’t unfollow within the app for about 48 hours or more. It is MUCH quicker to do this by hand in instagram alone, even if you need to unfollow thousands of people. I had to purchase this app twice to get it to unfollow 4 people. What a waste of money and time.
