User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
App is phenomenal in terms of checking account balances...easy to use and is fully functional. No problems logging in etc. My only downfall with this app is that the user interface is over due for a facelift and a credit card option should be added in order to transfer funds from your account to your credit card.
For FCB being a poineer when it comes to online banking since 2009 the app is very lacking and longgggg over due for both a facelift and more functionalities such as online transferring to payees, paying bills, etc The app is very limited. We need more than just being able to look at our finances and transfer funds in between account. C'mon man.
We need Mobile Banking for Barbados that we can use same as Trinidad another Caribbean as well. I wait for your approval
