You need your account number to make an online deposit but you can’t find it on the app. That means that you have to go find a bank statement that you’ve gotten and get the account number from there. It would be easier if you could find it on the ap.
First Community Credit Union is the best! Of course, if you’re looking at reviews for this app, you’re probably already a member at FCCU. If you aren’t, we’ll stop what you’re doing and open an account there! I don’t trust my money anywhere else!! I’ll never use a normal bank ever again, and as long I live in St. Louis, I’ll use First Community.
When I try to deposit my checks, I go to take a picture and it almost never works. It only shows up as a black screen and it's highly annoying. I can rarely deposit checks on the app and it's the main reason why I have the app in the first place.
I have multiple accounts, with multiple financial institutions. If banks, and credit unions, would standardize their platforms to become compatible across the board, they could then compete with the “Cashapp” and similar apps. Or at least allow me to move money from one institution to another through a debit transaction. I sent this exact message to Regions, Scott Credit Union, Bank Of America, and WellsFargo
This is a really great app I can do just about all the services they provide for me in just a click of my finger! Very handy and convenient! However I really wish the notifications can be on time!!! The notifications are a day or two late when withdrawing and depositing funds which can be a little frustrating! If they were to fix this problem I would rate it 5 stars!
