 Why to reply to reviews?

User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.

Usually I love this app but I’ve been having issues downloading with stream and I’ve tried mediatrunk and it doesn’t work either. Figured maybe I had to update the app but it is updated... so what’s going on? I don’t think I’m the only one with this issue, am I?

This app was great. Now you can’t download any videos. I even went to the developers website and begged them to fix it, but I got no response. Years ago this app was called “downloads”. Then it stopped working with one of the updates. So the developer changed it to “files” and charged another $5.00 for the full app. I would not mind paying that again as long as the app works. I’m sure a lot of other people feel the same way. So PLEASE FIXXXXXXXX this once great app.

This is one of my favorite apps but we need an update to fix the compatibility of the app with the newest iOS version Cause it keep exiting and not downloading at all.

This has been one the most useful apps I always used for offline reading when no internet was available. There is no other app that works so straightforward and even allows email capability of stored files. Now, when I try to save a webpage or file and click to save—the app shuts down! PLEASE, PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THIS GREAT APP! Thank you.
