User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
How can such a huge company like Fidelity develop such a horrible app. They just copied their website without even fine tuning for mobile. If revenue flows in irrespective of the product quality, then why would anyone spend anything on tech...I am confident new startups such as Husky will eat their lunch in few years time! Pension space needs disrupting... Please make some effort to improve the app. Thanks
Just an app wrapper for the website. Screen layout is pretty bad to be honest. Button layout poor and difficult to work. Scrolling horizontally is fiddly and not obvious if you aren’t already aware what should be displayed from looking at the website beforehand.
Runs as a phone App on my iPad Air2. This makes it painful to use on iPad, showing little on screen and with the really awful phone virtual keypad. This is of no use to me, I will stick to the web site.
And a bad one at that. Just use the website instead. This is a really shoddy job. Hard to trust with my retirement savings a company that allows itself to release such a low quality app.
Yet I can log in on the website. Too difficult, it should just work. I’ll be using the website, not the app
