I agree with another review stating that when it works it is a nice tool, however, it stops too many times. There has been no update in a year and yet there are some nice touches that are needed. What about being able to search for a specific class or teacher? I get tired of having to go to the website to actually get useful info
When the app works it’s great for what it says it does. I’m having a lot of trouble with it right now crashing and also not showing the class times like it used to... I thought maybe there would be a new update to go along with the new Apple update hoping that will fix it but in the meantime it’s a pain to not see upcoming classes.
I like the app. I mostly use it to check class times. Would be nice if there was a function to search all gym locations for a certain class. I.e. I like to do hot yoga but the gym I usually go to doesn't always have it when I'm free. Would be nice to be able to check with one click all the locations. I can do it on website but not the app.
I make apps for a living and just joined FFC. The facilities are nice, but this app is terrible! Buggy, horribly designed, etc... An intern who do a better job. I know the quality of the app isn’t a make or break for FFC, but might as well just have a small keycard than this! Took me over 10 mins to just sign up.
I left my wallet and all forms of ID at home today but thanks to this app I should be able to get into the gym later ... Otherwise it's confusingly laid out and the passbook function doesn't work.
