Great app that’s super easy to use. Unlike ZipRecruiter that has you blindly fill out a resume, Mentorli let’s you pair with a mentor with companies that you want to work for. The mentors help you through the process and ultimately recommend you for a job.
As a job searcher this opens a door. As an employer it helps us find the right person!
I started a Mentor relationship with someone. I answered their questions and completed the homework. They said they had contacts and were going to reach out to them and they would follow up. They never did. I followed up, but nothing but crickets. There needs to be a way to evaluate mentors on the platform or else this will devalue the experience for others.
I signed up for the app listed and most of the jobs aren't from the tech companies listed and are located in Utah. There isn't an option to filter by remote jobs. It would be great if there was an automatic match between mentor and mentee instead of searching. There isn't an option to delete user profile information or account, which I'm sure is violating privacy and data laws. I was unable to contact the company via the app. Please add a way for users to get in touch.
