User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
First logged in at my CVS store with a poster my SM received last week. (It worked then, so I closed the app & thought I would browse it at home this following week.) Now I’ve been trying to log back in but can’t! It reads “Please wait while system is fetching data...” & then pops up with “LOGIN Error while login”. I thought that maybe it was the wrong app but ESS42 gives me “LOGIN ERROR Days / Week”. AAAAHHHHHHH! It’s so agitating! I just want to sign up for more hours at other stores! (And nothing happens when I press “Report a problem”. I have tried restarting my phone & redownloading both apps.)
I don’t understand why the app needs location to be turned on in order to work. No way for it to be used otherwise. Edit: Response from the developer indicates that the requirement for location services is required by my particular organization and not by the app. The app works as expected and my organization has faults. Updated rating from 2 to 4 stars. Thanks for the info!
I’ve done everything I can but it just won’t let me sign in. It says my information is incorrect, I tried using the recovery email but never got an email, and when I chose “forgot password” and answered the security questions, it just went back to the sign in page. Then when I tried to hit the “report a problem” link it did nothing. The app is unusable but I need it if I ever wanna take days off and, trust me, I do.
The app no longer shows your actual time card which is pretty annoying because that’s where we should see our time edits and if we actually clocked in/out. Pretty inconvenient for us but good for them. Since they can just edit without our knowledge. I looked every where else in the app to see if I can see my actual time card and I can’t seem to find it anywhere it just shows a summary of the hours. Smh
I’ve been needing to use this app for a month now and it hasn’t worked since I’ve downloaded it. It always says “This application cannot be run on this device for security reasons. Please contact a system administrator.” As soon as I click on the app. I’ve tried deleting it, redown-loading it, and restarting my phone. I’m not exactly sure what “system administrator” I need to contact but if I could get some help that would be legit.
