User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
As others have said. The back button is there but does not function. You have to swipe rt and reopen the schedule which starts you back at day 1. Would be helpful to have a filter feature which allowed you to filter sessions by grade levels, tools that are supported ( iOS, Chrome, etc...) content, experience levels, etc...
It’s not ready for the iPhone X. Super glitchy and doesn’t let me get out of session detail mode. Also doesn’t allow for expand/collapse of schedule and always puts us back to the beginning of day 1.
It could easily go from good to great with a few easy fixes. 1. Include times on the event info page. 2. Allow favoriting from the description page. 3. Separate the days or have a quick way to jump to the next day's schedule.
I'm concerned that we were pushed to download this app but the schedule doesn't actually load unless you give it permission to connect to Twitter. Frankly, very annoying.
