User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
This app is garbage. I’m trying to listen to 20,000 leagues under the sea. It keeps losing my place, and whenever I select a chapter I’ll select 9, the narrator will say chapter 11, and the progress bar reads chapter 7. The play button on the top left corner doesn’t do anything; I have to manually select the book I want. The “Play” button next to each book doesn’t actually start playing that book it just takes you to the menu where you can start playing; you basically have to hit play twice.
I bought one of the packages, can’t find my downloads, can’t log in because it will not accept my password, there is no access to select a new password, there is no support, erratic when returning to previous session. Urgently needed an upgrade and revision of failures and grant access.
