It shameful that DD does this because the games are very realistic and modern. The payouts are lame and after I swore never to buy chips again I did. Took less than two hours to go through $40 worth of chips and less than a day to go through $100. Seems like DD only wants your money. Going into playing we know we aren’t winning real money just want to play and have a little fun. So why is so hard to let that happen. If I put money in a real slot machine I have the hope to win real money. With DD it’s just for some fun so it wouldn’t hurt to let us play more without being robbed blind. For now on I’m only playing after the free spin and codes I get. The payouts are even less when it’s just free spin and codes, I know this for fact because I play a lot. Now I’m completely frustrated. They still haven’t fix the glitch where you can see what coins you left. Goes up and down and up down for no reason. Contacted customer care and they say they know but haven’t been able to fix. They also say it shouldn’t bother me to go off game and back on to see what coins I have left. What’s wrong with the Zorro app? I opened DoubleDown did my feee spin and that brought my total $24,000,000, I wanted to play Zorro and so went to the game and picked 10,0000K to plat, when I did the first spring, it took my chips down to around d $6,000,000 or so, so I’m thinking I placed the worn bet and it went down to $2,000,000. There is something drastically wrong here because the “K”. Or ally equals thousand, not million. Someone needs to go I. And quickly fix this Program because something is drastically wrong. I went to the Help app to try and contact the site techs and although it gives you various things to submit a ticket on for help, errors in the way the app calculates and takes your bet IS NOT ONE, and you cannot submit a ticket on your question or talk to any tech support because there is none. You just lose your coins and that’s, that. Don’t play Zorro, it will eat your chips, not give you any winnings and no one or no contact information is available to assist you. There is no “Other” question field where you. An write in your problem and get an answer. Someone handling the DoubleDown app needs to look into this problem, For all reasons in the universe, as far as I know, $10K equals $10,000, NOT $10,000,000 Million)!!!,!

Obviously the below one never went through because it was a low rating. Today I played as usual but upped my bet to $300,00 and went through over $50 million in no time with only one lobster game and not even a minor jackpot. If there are really 1094 ways to win how could you go at least 25 spins and win nothing. What a shame the people behind the game could care less if the people that continue to sign on day after day get such a raw deal! Shame on you creators!! I have opened my app everyday yet today it is at only 5 days where I had been at 25 for weeks. Twice it would not go to daily spins but right to the games and they take my 25 days away because of their error? This happens way too often and my daily spins RARELY go over 75,000! I played the game the other day and counted over 50 spins and never got anything over $120,000. Over one hundred and never got the Lobstermania bonus or one of the mini loads, etc. it took 3M and the most I got was a spin of 320,000 once. What fun is this when there are supposedly 1094 ways to win??!! They makers of this are not thinking of the fun for players just themselves. When I first got this game I thought it was fun and exciting. You get a few chances but not nearly enough to receive free chips daily and throughout. You also use to be able to “level up” simply by the amount of chips spent (bid) and play time. Now they have closed this portion of the game down and you are only able to “level up” by purchasing chips as well as the daily spins hit small amounts and very often their free chip giveaways don’t download weather it be on Facebook giveaways or their notifications they send. The past couple months I have not one hit any type of jackpots or bonuses just spin the real and watch my chips be taken away without gaining any back from ANY of the games. Unless you have or are able to bid millions of chips at a time to hit no more small bid winnings. This quickly went from a fun game to the most outrageous game I’ve played. My advice is to NOT get involved as over time they force you to purchase even though says it’s a free game and they give free chips away... Customer Service is also not very helpful or nice but rude. I asked for help several times about chips being l knee or the game conveniently freezing up when I’m trying to get my free chips from a notification and no reply or rude replies without compensating or replacing those chips not given.....

Be warned. They turn the winning on and they turn it off. These are not random win games. It is a business and they take your money, and give nothing back..except, a little pleasure in winning. however. They turn winning on and off. For me it’s mostly off. How can they keep taking my money like that, and not give anything back? Example Mystical Mermaid. The bonus feature uses a treasure chest on the first reel.. but it vanishes from off the first reel. So, How can you get a bonus when the key symbol you need to win is missing? I bought $600 million chips. In one turn it jumped me to 1.1 billion. From then on, It was down down hill continuously from there. No jackpots, no wins, just took and took and took. Bet 1 mil, win 200k, which means I lost 800k.. bet bet bet, lose lose lose, bet, 1 mil, win 200k lost 800k.. constantly lose down.. the only time you win, is right after you buy chips. For a couple minutes. Then they turn off the winning. I even though to buy my chip jar. Lose lose lose. So be warned.. They turn on winning, they turn off winning. It is not random. It is not regulated like a real casino. The fun for me is winning. Not playing, but winning. I want to win, this game should try to give something back, instead of taking all the time. 1 billion dollars lost..piece of crap
