I’ve had this direct express app for about 1year almost 2 and I have not had any problems with it up until now I just recently got a new phone and I downloaded this app so I can log into my account and when I logged in it said to answer security questions which I answered right and it still said I was wrong so after many attempts it locked me out of my account on the mobile app and I have tryed for 2 weeks every single day to get ahold of customer service to help me unlock my account but each time I call it always says we are experience a high call volume To call back at a later time and I have done that many times and I still can’t get ahold of anybody. And it’s getting me frustrated because I shouldn’t have to call everyday to get my balance on my card
Regarding US Direct Express App for debit card. The app as described on App Store gives impression that more than one card acc. Can be accessed on a device ( smart ph. iPad similar ) reality is only one account per device. Why can't two accounts or more per single device be accessed. PIN numbers are still needed. Please explain what security issues are disallowing more than one accounted one device. Two cards per one device is only capable by setting up two user account on a single device which for quick change between users is not quick at all. Also this cards web developer/card support are terrible not having much knowledge with the technology involved. When will you change app to allow landscape mode for us that use tablet/iPad.
Why has this app not been updated for 2 years?? I had no problems with it and then a few months ago, when I log in it won’t give me any info and says it’s having trouble connecting to server. I believe regular updates would easily resolve this issue. I went to the website and because I have use the app for so long, I had forgotten my password. I tried to reset and it’s SAID it sent link to email, but no email. Which brings up the question of why a password for website and pin for app? The website and app is completely different, so after all the aggravation, I had to call the number, just for a balance (atm charges). Also, now I have to call, go thru a lot of crap, waste my time, waste your employees time just to reset my password for the website because my app can not connect. A simple update........
I ‘v had this direct express app for since almost 2017 and I have not had any problems with it up until now 2019 I just recently got problem on oct 3rd 2019 . When I did trying to download this app, so I can log my account, I was trying to access many time attempts it locked my out of my account on the mobile app I have tryed for 1 days every time my account. But I did call back it later time and many time I have done this get ahold anybody getting frustrated because I should have to call every day to get my balance my card .. it is not work it to direct express they won’t solve for direct express mobile app .. thanks for cooperation .. This Direct Express APP should have transfer money options to another Bank Account ,but it DOESN’T . I have to go on my Browser & go directly to the Direct Express website to transfer money . The other option to transfer money to another account would be to call ( which is a nightmare to get hold of a human) & do it. I thought that this APP would be sufficient enough to do that, but it. I don’t know why. Hope the developers will see this comment & sort out why it can’t enact the money transfer option. It would save a lot of time if they put that transfer option ..
