In can see the overview of credit card page. However when click see all transaction, the app crashed.
Overall a great banking app with a user friendly interface. Will be better if we can edit and change the names and details of the transfers in daftar penerima. Instead of needing to hapus everything and input details again.
App is slow and user interface is clumsy. Bank customer support are not helpful, they only know how to write a report of the problem and ask customers to wait for a response that is non existent. Missing a month's bank statement and no response even after numerous complains and 2 emails sent. Cannot schedule a transfer or payment for a future date, as all transactions have to be done for immediate execution. Very complicated password required. Update is mandatory even when the update is not ready use (buggy and not enough testing). Should have an alternate medium as a backup (web banking) System for mobile and web is interlinked. When 1 is down the other also goes down.
This application is really a crap. Bug and bug and more bug, just to show error everytime. Even when we are going to log out, it shows an error that push me to force shutdown. Can you guys in this such a large banking institution to do something ?
Hi App developer, I tried to login these past few days but somehow always ended with ‘sorry the service wasn’t able to log you in’ message. Tried to delete the app, and re install it, hopefully the app would let me in this time.
