Overall a fantastic set up. I love the look of the app and I love the dexcom G5 product so much, especially with the share features! However some alterations would make the app even better: (1) Incorporate Dexcom Clarity into the app or at least similar features. I would like to be able to see a past graph of all my data without logging in online, etc. If not, as a previous comment suggested, scrap the 3 hour delay from the app to Health so that we can use the Health app's data view. (2) Make it more obvious that the view is live. Sometimes I load the app and I feel like the blood reading hasn't updated and although I know it has it'd be good if there was a feature telling me. (3) Make the events I add (when I do insulin, eat food, or do exercise etc.) viewable on the Share app so that my "followers" know when I have done insulin/eaten. (4) Navigation could be smoother. Overall though, despite the app having its flaws, it's 100% worth it and I love the Dexcom sensor!! Thank you.

Great idea and when it works its superb. I have an iPhone 7 and it all worked fine for first few weeks. Has now developed problem where keyboard obscures enter button when I'm trying to input for calibration, as such a can't calibrate unless I delete and download the app. Please help it's really frustrating.

Great bit of kit and app. Works well with Diasend (but results a bit delayed. Generally stable, occasionally says it's stopped working and advises a reinstall but closing the app and reopening it has fixed it every time so far for me. But ..... why no watch app? The US has had it for well over six months now. Five stars when you add the watch app! [update] Watch app now working and it's great. Review changed to five stars. I also like that do not disturb on the phone doesn't mute all Dexcom alerts (unless you want it to) Now you done all that how about statistics? 😏 It would be nice to see a number for rise and fall rates too.

Absolute fantastic product, would be great to see some improvements in future releases such as more integration with Apple Health with logging insulin delivery an carbohydrate writing an reading, logging of insulin could be improved with the ability to select witch types have been taken like Basal or Bolus

Version 1.7.4 appears to intermittently override any other volume settings on the phone, and keeps alerting at full volume despite turning down the volume in the application and muting the phone. This is incredibly annoying, especially if you are in a place where you need to be a little discreet (e.g work or in a meeting).

The Dexcom G5® Mobile Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System provides real-time glucose readings for patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes every five minutes. With Dexcom G5

Mobile, dynamic glucose data can be accessed and shared safely and conveniently anywhere, anytime to your smart device.

* If your glucose alerts and readings do not match your symptoms or expectations or you are taking medications containing paracetamol/acetaminophen, you should perform a fingerstick to confirm your blood glucose level. A fingerstick is needed every 12 hours to calibrate.

The Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM System provides personalized trend alerts right on your smart device and lets you see when your glucose levels are going too low, or too high, so you can better manage your diabetes. You will receive certain Dexcom system alerts and the Urgent Low Alarm even if your phone sound is off, set to vibrate, or in Do Not Disturb mode. This will allow you to silence calls or texts but still receive CGM alerts. Alerts that you will continue to receive, even if your smart device is silenced, include: Urgent Low Alarm; Low and High Glucose alert; Rise and Fall Rate alerts; and certain critical system alerts. Custom alert sounds are available, including a Vibrate-Only option on the phone for glucose alerts other than the Urgent Low Alarm.

In addition to the exceptional performance provided by the Dexcom G5 Mobile sensor, you’ll receive other valuable features:
• Intuitive and user-friendly interface
• Dexcom SHARE® remote monitoring is built into the G5 app, allowing you to share your glucose data with up to five followers, who can remotely monitor your glucose data and trends on their compatible smart device with the Dexcom Follow app. Share and Follow functions require an internet connection.
• Today view widget, which allows you to view your glucose data on the lock screen of your smart device
