The new app is a huge improvement in look compared to the old one. I like to keep my insurance cards digitally and the find a provider is smooth! Looking forward to the “additional functionality coming soon”.

I’ve tried verifying my info to register multiple times and even though the app pulls up my information and gets to where it almost registers me, I always get an error. This happens on both the website and the app and it’s stressful and frustrating, especially when you have a 20+ minute wait on the helpline.

The text is white so you can’t see anything you type. It also won’t load the front of the ID card. It only loads the backside which is useless. Definitely needs some updating

First, it doesn't work with dark mode. I had to turn off dark mode just to see the text. When I tried to register then it failed with an unknown error. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Didn’t work at all. When I was typing in my info. the letters were white, so I couldn’t even see them.
