Does what it is supposed to do. There is a small bug where the numbers you set scroll back to another number but it doesn't seem to affect the output time conversion. I use this app every day at work to calculate percentage of an hour for customer outage times.
It's a little unpolished, but it does what it says. Use it to convert drive time into the decimal system our ETM uses.
You need to update to be able to enter a second time to convert the lapse time.

I was hoping I could pay to remove the ad, no I can't. And every ad is 5 seconds long. Can't skip them. I used this app to help convert time in minutes since in my line of work, you have to be able to convert 2-3+ hours into minutes.
