App keeps freezing. Not able to submit anything.
I have used this app several times to report illegal dumping and response has always been extremely fast. Trash is picked up generally by the next day. Easy to use and better response then leaving A v/m with the city.
Haven’t had any issue with the App. Works well to report a problem. You have a ticket number to refer back to and date when the city is running slow.
This app is useless. I reported a few things through the app such as potholes and abandoned vehicles, and nothing ever gets done about them. I also receive no acknowledgment that the submissions don’t just vanish into a black hole.
Freezes when attempting to file a report. Tapping the App Support link on the app store goes to a dead page.
