First drink free, best deal. I always enjoy myself at Chug venues. Have enjoyed great savings and have no issues with the subscription process to date...I like finding new outlets and checking them out. Most of the outlets are friendly and very cool. Have found many new places to entertain my friends. My friends and I have been on this app for almost a year now and are very loyal supporters:) great app, great savings! All drinkers should get this app.
Subscribed to the annual pass and have been enjoying the benefits since! The app’s interface has been easy to use and navigate around so far. It is full of images for ease of understanding on the type of venues and drinks a subscriber is visiting and redeeming. Value for money for the regular happy-hour goers!
Started with the $9.90 subscription and loving it! Simply drink least 2 and I would have already taken back my monthly subscription fee. Will be upgrading it to the 1 drink per day subscription. So super worth it! The variety from each pub or restuarant is also great! 2 thumbs up!
I love exploring new places and finding the best deals so this app is really useful for me and my boyfriend. The feeling you get when you get a free drink is great and if the atmosphere is good I stay, if not I can just move on and no loss to me since the drink is free ^^ thanks chug!!!
I had the same problem. My friends unsubscribed a few times but were still charged and auto subscribed again so I tried on my own account and encountered the same issue. Checked my credit card bills and noted I have 3-4 deductions by chug every month. Escalated via email but they simply replied that I didn't unsubscribe. I have to go through the trouble to cancel my card as a result.
