This app is genuinely amazing! Saves many people a lot of time and it helps stop wasting NHS services when people with more issues need it. Very quick answers and you can also buy the products which is amazing! Gives you a clear understanding of what is wrong and if any medical action needs to be taken, or if antibiotics will help clear it, Also is very good for people who live a busy life style and don’t have a lot of time to wait around in waiting rooms to be seen too, just makes the whole process easier for everyone.

I have been using this app for a few weeks now and have been impressed with how easy it is to use. It’s step by step process allows you to make a balanced decision on if the ailment you are experiencing is something you can manage yourself, something you may need to seek further advice on or something that requires immediate attention from a qualified professional. This app is great for when you’re just not sure what the problem is and what level of help you need. It’s like the NHS 111 service without the risk that they’ll unnecessarily send an ambulance or tell you there is nothing wrong with you, which are the two extremes they seem to work from. It’s so easy to use, you pick the category of problem, answer a few questions and it tells you the likely cause and the correct action to take. Couldn’t be better!

As a pharmacist with over 20 years experience in community pharmacy, I realise the modern day patient requires a fast response and reply to their medical questions. I have tried this App and find it is one of the swiftest sources of obtaining, accurate information without having to wait whilst a detailed questionnaire is completed. Great app and easy to use to check up on any worrying symptoms you may have. It takes just seconds to find out what could be wrong with you and whether you need to seek further medical attention or nip to your nearest pharmacy. Stops you wasting a Doctors time if all you really need is an over the counter medicine and a quick chat with a pharmacist. Loved using it and recommended it to family and friends.
