Store Performance Index shows overall performance of your app on app stores. It is based on combined ASO & reviews metrics.
User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I read about this app through an article, looked up the website and saw where people had been posting their experiences. I downloaded the app and tried it for myself. I love the concept and it works great, even with my poor handwriting. However... to do anything you have to use “coins”. Aka micro transactions. You start with 20ish coins and each picture, voice or typed note costs various coins. So if you use it a lot you will eventually pay to use. I’d rather just pay $5 and have unlimited use, or a subscription for the same. I understand it’s still in development and the cost will fund its future development but the coin thing is why I immediately uninstalled it. Why would I use an app that drains my finances with each use? I hope this helps since there are no other reviews on this yet.
In 2019, to use a popular new app on my iPad in “sideways iPhone mode”? I don’t think so. Considering the number of iPads Apple has sold, it’s certainly worth the time and effort to support iPads in horizontal mode (e.g. the way every iPad user will use his device).
Interesting concept, specially Cards to vision. However, really expensive and does not replace a Trello / TFS.
There's no option to just buy the app outright. So each image recognition photo is going to get pretty expensive if you're trying to digitize a couple hundred pages of a handwritten journal or something. The image recognition is pretty good, I have indecipherable handwriting and it recognized some of the words I wrote down which is actually very impressive. I'd honestly consider improving my years of bad penmanship if this app was more affordable. It's not though. Great to know this technology is coming along though.
there is no absolutely no resemblance of the notes on paper with the unformatted text that gets generated after scanning the page no line breaks no tabular data. basically useless for scanning paper taken notes then paying 1/2 $1 per page scanned is absurd, with the only result that the feature will be ignored by the users of this app, then no way to share the notes created terrible character/text recognition, misses most words, or it splits them in to making the captured text totally implausible odd navigation, not following iOS standards, and confusing info on the app store nobody wants to have to worry of paying to scan a page that comes out scanned as unusable crap interesting idea, but not useful and pricy not being able to share the notes is totally absurd
