Too simple. Doesn’t allow you to adjust irregular Times for the different cycles.
Really liked this app, but the last update made changes that aren’t necessarily for the better. Dark mode has been changed to black & white instead of black and orange with no way to revert. Also, the progress bar animation is jerky now instead of smooth (you can see it in sample images on the App Store), which I’m finding really distracting when breathing in/out. Before the animation was smooth.
My Family Doctor recommended this. Awesome product to control my anxiety.
