User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Scheduled this ride days in advance. I booked this to go the airport to catch a flight. Gave my self some extra time because of the other negative reviews and am glad I did! They assigned someone to come to me but 5 mins before they were across the city with no signs of moving any closer. Ended up calling at my assigned pick up time and got the dispatcher. Dispatcher told me he would cancel and request another ride for me. 5 mins later the app was still trying to find someone. Ended up using Lyft so I would get to the airport in time. No accountability with these guys. Why even have an app? Don’t waste your time!
I've used this app 3 times now, once in February which I scheduled two hrs before hand and the cab never showed. Ok so I decided to give them another shot since it was 9 months later. Scheduled 2 hrs ahead and the guy was 5 minutes early. Perfect! So I thought the crap got worked out. I scheduled another pickup 1 1/2-2 hrs ahead of time and when I look on the map to see where the cab is that's supposed to pick me up in 2 minutes is and he's clear across the city close to Fenway area, I live in Southie. Seriously people? What's the point of even having the app. I can walk 2 blocks to west Broadway and get a cab there from different companies. I was almost late to work because of this and I definitely won't be using you again
I've used this app twice now to book a ride to Logan airport. Both times the app worked flawlessly. Since I booked more than 12 hours in advance, it wasn't until just a few minutes before the scheduled time that a driver got assigned. So unlike the ride share apps I couldn't tell the driver's arrival time. Both times the drivers arrived on or before time! The app also estimates the fare for you if both pickup and destination are entered. There is an option to enter a credit card into the app for a cashless ride. Or you can pay in the cab.
Short answer - I requested a cab and one was there in 5 minutes. Still a few bugs in the app though. Even though I entered a destination, the driver didn't know where I wanted to go. There's a 'live' map that showed where my cab was, but it didn't update as the cab was coming to my home to pick me up. Sometimes address saves and access to contacts works, and sometimes it doesn't. But like i said, a cab did come. Maybe the next rev will fix some of the small nits that prevent this from being as good as it could be.
I made the reservation the night before for the next morning for 9:30 am. It updated me about 10 minutes before and showed me what cab I was assigned to, who my rider was, and showed where the cab was. Right at 9:30 am the cab showed up, was very polite, and got me to my destination in time. It was impressive and I'll definitely use again. Would recommend!
