I have had this app and been using Bookee for just over 2 months now. I have always found it easy to use and also enjoy doing so. Upon any problems I have ever encountered I have had the pleasure of dealing with their customer services and also can report it has been brilliant service provided whilst being friendly and professional. Also in this day and age for a new bookmakers to be used I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to use so in advance. I am hoping they bring in more bets for player to score anytime and team to win at football. Also the football coupons are good value odds too
I usually go for the main brand apps But thought I would give this a go and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome As a relatively new app I had my doubts but found the sign up process to be nice and simple so that gave me a positive vibe instantly User interface The user interface at first is a little confusing but didn't take long to get in the swing of it and found it to be fun with the swipe left and right features But also offers the opportunity to search for the bet in mind Depositing and withdrawing It's quick and simple to deposit and withdraw from didn't find myself jumping through any hoops like you find with some of the other apps Customer service I had a slight issue with the app not loading but messaged the twitter account and got a reply in minutes which was helpful friendly and was promised the problem would be looked at and resolved in a update Overall view Fun easy to use and refreshing from the same old I would recommend giving a try 100%
The BEST customer service i have ever come across on any betting app ever. Prompt replies and fair outcomes. I placed a bet today which the app read incorrectly and placed wrong and within 20 mins of my complaint a refund had been agreed. Try getting that with 365 or any of the others. Genuinely feels like they care about you as a customer which is HIGHLY refreshing in this money grabbing age. Seriously, forget the rest and use these.
App is fantastic, has everything you could want it to have easy to navigate and easy to use. In only dealing with customer service they were more than happy to help and was sorted out in no time, megan was great and could not have done enough to help. Would definitely recommend.
This app isn’t yet the best but the fact the great customer service team (Megan who deals with everything for me) ask us for feedback and ideas to improve shows that they’re on a great pathway for improving the vetting experience. I can’t wait to see them continue to grow and improve. Keep up the great work guys!
