User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
It would be helpful if direction arrows were placed on the bus icons so that we know what part of the route the bus is on, some busses go up and down the same road on their route so it’s hard to tell. Thanks
You should make the “Filter Results by Stop” section bigger so user can see the above and below option. Very streamlined compared to old app just from looking at the UI. It looks like it will do everything it’s supposed to do and the data appears accurate. The addition of an alerts section is welcomed
This new app is far faster and simpler than the old versions and seems to include most of the functionality of their website.
I just switched from the old app and the main thing I used it for is now gone. I want to be able to look at the times buses come for a given stop, but the app crashes when I click on “View Stop Schedule”. To reproduce: 1) Select Person icon in bottom right 2) Select red dot for the stop 3) Select (i) button 4) Tap “View Stop Schedule 5) App crashes I have the most recent version of iOS. Hope you fix this.
Also it's important to view schedule by stop. The old version makes it very convenient but I don't know why not anymore in the new version
