User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Thank you for implementing TouchID on the app, but why does a useless piece of video play every time as you launch the app? This just wastes time. If we are using the app then we are already using the services. What is the point in advertising to us or whatever the nonsensical video clip is meant to achieve?
I said I would change away from my bank because they really annoyed me.....I chose An Post because I thought they wouldn’t be as annoying as main stream banks. Now I find out that the An Post app is just really really annoying. It allowed me to use Touch ID to to access last night, now it won’t allow me access at all. The three step login will not allow me to login saying “this device is already registered to the account”.......I know it is An Post, I registered it myself 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Can you please fix this app and make it more user friendly?? People need a smart phone app that is very user friendly. Do app developers see these reviews? Do they bother replying to user reviews? Do they bother listening to user reviews? An Post need to get this sorted because it will just end up really really really annoying new customers. I can tell you this because I’m a new customer and really really really annoyed by this app
i have literaly €2.5K in my account but the app is telling me that i have €2.34. everytime i spend money on the card,the balance is still the same. i dont know how much i have left on my account which is very risky. i went to log in online, it got even worst. its telling me i have €0.00 but weirdly transaction still going through. i gave them a call and they’re telling me i still have my €2.5K. im scared to use the card now because i don’t even know what to believe. decided to close up my account and withdraw all my money!
New update that makes it so I need a 10 digit UserID to access my account. Can’t remember being given one of these but sure even if I did there’s no chance I would have remembered. No option to say you’ve forgotten it so there’s no getting into my account. Customer service is dreadful and there’s an issue every other week, can not stress enough that you should not choose an post money and just go with a real bank.
Since the update the app I deleted and downloaded the app, added my account and logged in. It wouldn’t let me log in a second time a day later so I did the same the thing. Again, a day later it was the same and wouldn’t allow me to log in giving me an error message that my account had already been added to this device. Third time was the same.
