Our new AMERICA’S WARS app chronicles the story of the conflicts fought by the United States, from the battles of the Revolutionary War through Operation Enduring Freedom in Iraq. AMERICA’S WARS includes information, images, multimedia presentations and video clips that come together to provide the context and tell the story of the 783 major battles and events that took place during the 11 major US wars. Each battle entry combines both photos and texts and incorporates over 50 video presentations, as well. Most battle entries are linked to their map location, to pinpoint where each campaign occurred. Users can also enter the map screen to identify the locations throughout the world of each major battle took place.
