 Why to reply to reviews?

User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.

Great magazine...but the website and Barnes & Noble get new editions before the App? Still waiting on Jan/Feb and some of the articles have been on their website for at least two weeks! Need to do a lot better! (Correction: contacted tech service, they found my problem quickly and responded very fast!!!!!).
