AppFollow launches the updated Smart Alerts feature

Custom-tailored notifications about the most important changes in the app will now be promptly sent to Slack, Telegram, and the user’s e-mails. The information on the sharp increases in the number of reviews, rating changes, and data appearing in the top charts, as well as the summary analysis of key indicators will be sent automatically now.

With AppFollow’s updated Smart Alerts feature, users can receive notifications via Slack, Telegram, or email. AppFollow users can set up alerts based on specific rules, such as sending messages when certain tags are used. In addition, they can also set how frequent notifications should be.

The new information format is divided into several “reason” categories: New Reviews Spike (a sharp increase in review count), Total Rating Change (changes in average review rating), App Featured (when the app enters the store charts), App Updates (changes in app metadata), and Downloads & Revenue Summary (summary report based on certain indicators).

Vlad Shishkin, Product Owner, AppFollow Integrations, commented: “AppFollow’s new reviews notification has been one of our key features since the company was founded. We have constantly been expanding this feature, and now, based on user requests, our team has worked hard to create a unified solution to notifications - with flexible customization of rules and the ability to set up notifications from a single window. Smart Alerts are available in the Pro plan, and a free trial of the functionality is available to all AppFollow users. By the end of the year, we plan to add support for new notification channels and the ability to create notifications from scratch based on data available on the platform.”

All updated and additional features can be tried for free by registering at appfollow.io or by adding them to an existing account. You can also request a demo presentation of AppFollow features.
