Apple Watch can do a lot of health stuff but I think Rise is super useful for people who just want to know when to focus. It gives me great insight on when I’ll be most focused and when I need to take a break. The only thing I’d like it to add is if I chose a nap time it will remind me and log it as a sleep session to Apple Health.
