This app has been life changing. I’ve always been irresponsible with sleep but I wanted to see some change. I got it after a friend recommended it and I can say it just works. Rise determines a ‘sleep debt’ by calculating the sleep you’ve gotten for the past two weeks and makes you work off the debt by sleeping at fixed schedules. The best part, the app also gives an estimate of your body’s energy potential based on how much sleep you got the previous night. The difference I feel in terms of energy is night and day. I also like how the app will slowly shift your bedtime to get you to your targeted wake up time. It’s a gradual process but so so effective. I havent needed an alarm to wakeup in the morning since I started using this app!
