RISE: Sleep Tracker app reviews

Great for college students

As a freshman in college, this app has really helped me get my sleep schedule back on track. Being able to visualize sleep debt and your optimal bedtimes actually really motivates to prioritize sleep. After the first two days of using this app, I already felt a significant boost in my energy! No more falling asleep in class! I also love seeing my energy levels because they are actually freakishly accurate. I also love that I can import my fitbit data. Thank you Rise!
