Bugs in latest updates! I have filters to show all For Sale listings, but nothing is coming up. I change the filters to include sold homes and apparently only one property has sold in my city? This has been happening for a while. What happened? This used to be a reliable source of info. Also, I don't like the new notification wording. It used to say how many new listings there were in a search. Now it just says that there are new listings. I want to know about how many there are.
Great app. Only problem and for me it is a huge one I wish that there was a filter for the over 55 neighborhoods I get so excited about finding a house that I can finally afford only to see it is in a over 55 neighborhood. If they were to add this and a few more filter options would be a 5 out of 5
Initial experience was great.. that was a couple of months ago before my husband and I moved to FL. Ended up not having to use it then as a friend offered to let us stay in their home temporarily. Just went on the app to start looking for a place and every time I hit the "2 Other" button to refine my search filter parameters, my phone restarts. Every. Single. Time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now. Still the same issue. Running the app on a Galaxy Note 10.
Beware! If you sign up for Zillow or Trulia, which is run by Zillow, you will be inundated with spam emails! Functionality is ok. zooming in to see the price and back out to see more listings is a pain. toggling between map view and gallery may be available, but the settings are not evident or easy to find. also, saving a property does not mean i want to be contacted by an agent, which happens often. overall, the functionality needs vast improvement.
More complete and accurate descriptions than the occasionally available listing broker handouts. The visuals, especially the satellite view, are helpful in gaining a sense of place. Plan drawings though rarely available, would be helpful to flippers and renovators. A Zillow main strength is its consistency: it is the same format throughout the nation.
