I really like YouTube studio, but since the recent updates there are a lot of bugs. On YouTube it says 472 subscribers I have, but on YouTube studio it says 469. Major bug. I hope that is fixed soon! I feel like if that is not working correctly, are my videos showing me the correct information on them and how they are being watched. I really hope this is fixed soon, last update was November and it's almost January now. Thank you!
This app is really great, however an end cards option would be nice to have. But my main issue is for whatever reason I can't copy and paste tags. I don't think I need to tell you why that is a problem. I run a couple series on my channel and like 3 quarters of the tags need to be the same on each video in that series. Cause the name of the series is what I think people will search for. There not being a copy paste tags option is extremely anoyying and I hope this can be changed at some point.
My life on YouTube was a headache without this app. I couldn't easily see how my videos and channel was doing when I was on the road and I couldn't see in-depth analytics away from my PC. Speaking of in-depth analysis, Studio gives me all-time view, watchtime, and comment statistics. It also tells me how people found my content and what keywords they searched for, which is beyond this world! This app is a must have for creators who are serious about YouTube.
I love using this app for checking up on any comments that I receive on both of my YouTube channels, downloading and editing thumbnails, and editing my video titles and descriptions. However, I wish there were a way to do more in-depth things, like adding and editing closed captioning on videos. I'm often unable to get enough time to do it on my computer, so it would be great to be able to have more video editing tools on this app.
This latest update is terrible. Under the three bars menu you used to be able to change your account along with the channel. This could be done in two clicks. The new update, and this is not reflected in the pictures on this page, now requires u to click your profile picture. From there, it brings up another page where you have to click another profile picture. Then a second window opens where you can finally select your account. We go from two clicks to three clicks for no reason.
