It was a 5 stars but I am upset with the new update. The new insight probably the most, you can't go back to those past months and read them it just says the emotion you felt the most that month. On top of that I personally think that the old conversation display was better now it's more in your face. I can see some good in the new part of "why I feel this way" Section but the percentage of the emotion you're feeling just isn't as good as I think it was. Still a good app but it was better.
I love the app, it's good for logging emotions and their causes as well as identifying bad habits or bringing to light the importance of identifying vulnerabilities and such, but I would really like OCD (Pure O) monitoring, but I understand it'll take a while to integrate, or maybe I don't see it yet? In any case, it's an amazing app so far. :)
Absolutely amazing app. It is so advanced and the best app out there for mental health. It truly helps me because I am unable to afford a private psychologist. I am not a fan of the meditations part but that is just my personal opinion,because i am extremely picky with meditations anyway. Meditation and therapy don't go together in my opinion, but it might help some and it is good that they give you an option.
I actually really appreciate this app. I keep waiting for it to want to charge me or throw ads in my face but so far it really has just been extremely helpful and gets me to engage in understanding my thoughts, emotions and even helps me rewire my brain and feel much more optimistic. It has helped with small things like feeling overwhelmed with having to clean the house and it has also helped me with bigger things like extreme depressive spells. I am honestly amazed at how much I enjoy this app!
Very helpful. It really helps with all sorts of emotions, it's like a therapist you always have in your pocket. The most interesting thing is that it leads you to solve your prpblems through understanding yourself more and through owning your emotions. I have recommended it to friends and totally recommended it to anyone else feeling like they need some help when dealing with different kinds of emotions. 5/5
